ITINERARY : Day 1: Marrakech: Transfer arrivalArrival to Marrakech, where you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel Check-in, dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.Day 2: Marrakech: sight seeing cityA further day to discover the charms of this impressive «Imperial» City and its monuments. In the morning the historical monuments: the gardens and the orchard basin of the Menara, the Koutoubia Mosque, the saadian Tombs and the Museum Dar Si Said or the Bahia Palace. In the afternoon discover the labyrinthine will souks with their numerous tiny little shops bustling of activity, and Djemaa El Fna square with its medieval open air entertainment. Dinner and overnight stayDay 3: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat (Distance 310 Km):After breakfast, we will leave for Rabat via Casablanca. visit of Casablanca, the economic capital of Marocco : the Habous district, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the outside of the Great mosque Hassan II, then on to Rabat, the Capital of the kingdom and one of Imperial cities of Morocco : see the Royal Palace (Mechouar, the Mausoleum of late King Mohamed Vth, the Oudaia Kasbah overlooking the mouth of the Bou Regreg River. the Hassan Tower, and the Necropolis of Chellah, situated in the ruins of the Roman town of Sala Collonia. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.Day 4: Rabat – Meknès - Fez (Distance 198 Km)Breakfast, departure to Meknes via Moulay Idriss I, a Morocco's sacred city, and then on to the Roman ruins of Volubilis. After lunch break, continuation to Meknes and a tour of this "Moroccan Versailles" which was founded at the end of the 17th century by Moulay Ismail, a contemporay of LOUIS XIV. Additional sightseeing includes Bab El Mansour, considered as the finest gateway in Morocco. Continue to Fez where you will check-in to your hotel for dinner and two nights.Day 5: Fez: sight seeing cityAfter breakfast, the whole day will be devoted to discovering Fez, the oldest of the Imperial Cities, which is well known for its spiritual and educational contributions to the Moroccan culture. Visit of the medieval Medina. You will also explore the famous Souks where craftsmen still labor in the age-old oriental tradition. Lunch will afterwards take place in a Moroccan traditional restaurant before resuming the visit in the afternoon. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.Day 6: Fez - Beni Mellal - Marrakech (483 km)Early wake up and breakfast, departure for Marrakech via Immouzer du Kandar, a Berber village, the lake of Dait Aoua which is a heaven of peace and restfulness, Ifrane, a delightful ski resort, and Azrou, a Berber village known for its handicraft cooperative filled with wood carving and carpet weaving. Lunch in Beni Mellal, then continuation to Marrakech.
