Jewel of the trational Moroccan architicture ,the residence which shelters the "palais soleiman was built towards the end of the 19th century by the famous Cadi layadi,one of the last great lords othe atlas .the fine flower of the craftsmen of fes and Marrakesh worked for years at the construction and the ornamentation of this splendid palace.with its zelliges (ceramics squares)its antique monumental doors and its moucharabiehs,the Palais Soleiman gives the visitor the rare privilige of tasting ,with each one of his steps,the plural expression of an art characterized by the celebration of the divine.

Hospitality turned into an art. 

Equipped with ultra modern installations and all the conveniences required by "gourmet cuisine the palais soleimen can accomodate nearly eight hundred guest in highly comfortable conditions.with its six vast living rooms,its immense court open to thesky covered and heated in the the winter,its terrace opening on the snow -covered atlas mountains,the palais soleimen became through the years  a reference in Marrakech .It became one of the guest houses where the legendary Moroccan hospitality is best preserved and one also of the places where tradition and modernity are most harmoniously marraied.

The gastronomical tradition.

Generous,scented ,subtle,th Moroccan cuisine draws its savour and its originality from various heritages (andalusian,african;mesopotomian)which it has melted into a gastronomy capable of satisfiying the most delicate palates.At "Palais soleiman"work "the Tabbakhates" traditional cooks who are the guardians of the the secrets of the Moroccan "haute cuisine"transmitted orally from generation to genaration since centuries.The "Tabbakhates ensure day and night in front of thier "kanouns" that the famous couscous,tajines with prunes or quinces,chickens with lemons keeps their original taste.

  • Monkfish tagine with argan oil and saffron.
  • 1/2 Méchoui (per table of 8 persons minimum)
